Modern Infrastructure

We have developed an imported modern manufacturing plant at Himatnagar, which is an integral part of our infrastructure. It has the installed capacity of 18,500 sq. mt./day. Here, batch production type is carried out and the monthly production capacity is 4,50,000 square meter. Italian Technology

For manufacturing Double Charge Vitrified Tiles, we have various technologies wherein dry color powders are used to impart a design onto tiles. This is done during the pressing of tile body (green tiles) in a tile press. This is called random powder technology and is suggested to be the newest form of manufacturing Vitrified Tiles.
